Bookings

Bookings are essential & all courses are to be paid in full prior to commencement to confirm your attendance. GST will be charged where applicable.
 

Enrolments & Payments

Enrolments & Payments can be made in person during office hours, or by mail (phone 9557 9037 for an enrolment form). We accept Cash & Cheque payments only.
 

Cancellations

If a cancellation occurs we will notify you, otherwise please attend the first session. Fees will be refunded or credit given if a class is cancelled by us.
 

Confirmation

Please call us the business day before to confirm that your course will be proceeding as scheduled.
 

Refunds

Refunds will be considered if a minimum of 7 days notice is given prior to commencement of the course. An Administration charge of $10 will apply.
 

Waiting List

Names are taken & you will be notified if a class is starting or if a vacancy occurs.
 

Fees

We do not want people to feel excluded because of financial difficulties. If the cost is a problem- please speak to the Manager to arrange concessions or to discuss other alternatives. Confidentiality is assured at all times.

Privacy
Godfrey Street Community House is bound by the legal requirements of “The Information Privacy Act 2000”. All personal information collected will be kept secure and confidential. Any statistical data collected
as required by Government funding will also be managed according to the act and will not be made available to any other organisation.ANNUAL ENROLMENT FEE $10.00. All participants are required to pay the annual enrolment fee. (This fee also entitles participants to become members of Godfrey Street Community House. If you do not want to become a member of the House please advise the office.) The House is run by the community for the community and is operated by a voluntary Board of Management. Participation and involvement is actively encouraged in all areas of the House. Membership entitles members to voting and special privileges as well as regular programs.
