Bookings
Bookings are essential & all courses
are to be paid in full prior to commencement to confirm your
attendance. GST will be charged where applicable.
Enrolments & Payments Enrolments & Payments
can be made in person during office hours, or by mail (phone 9557
9037 for an enrolment form). We accept Cash & Cheque payments only.
Cancellations
If a cancellation occurs we will
notify you, otherwise please attend the first session. Fees will be
refunded or credit given if a class is cancelled by us.
Confirmation Please call us the business day
before to confirm that your course will be proceeding as scheduled.
Refunds Refunds will be considered if a
minimum of 7 days notice is given prior to commencement of the
course. An
Administration charge of $10 will apply.
Waiting List Names are taken & you will be
notified if a class is starting or if a vacancy occurs.
Fees We do not want people to feel excluded because of financial difficulties. If the cost is a problem- please speak to the Manager to arrange concessions or to discuss other alternatives. Confidentiality is assured at all times.
Privacy
Please feel free to speak to the Manager regarding any suggestions, recommendations, concerns or grievances.
